Welcome to Your New Life

Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Matthew 6:10
For 34 years, New Life has stood as a living testament to God’s faithfulness and a place where generations have discovered the power of His promises. Through every season, God has remained the Master Architect, carefully designing and building something far greater than we could have imagined. This anniversary is more than a milestone; it is a celebration of the divine blueprint He has been unfolding since the very beginning. As we embrace this year’s theme, Kingdom Come: Promises, we are reminded that the same God who laid the foundation for New Life is still writing the next chapter, and our greatest days are still ahead.

We invite you to join us for a week filled with worship, fellowship, and unforgettable moments as we celebrate all that God has done and all that He is preparing to do.

SCHEDULE

Like a master Architect unveiling His divine blueprint, God has been carefully shaping New Life for the past 34 years, and this anniversary invites us to celebrate every step. The celebration begins on Wednesday night with a powerful, Spirit-filled service led by our very own Pastor Rashidi Collins, setting the foundation for an extraordinary weekend. On Friday evening, Pastor Mike Mitchell will deliver a dynamic message that will inspire and challenge us to step boldly into the promises God has prepared. The weekend will culminate on Sunday morning and Sunday night as we gather once again with Evangelist Greg Godwin for services marked by passionate worship, life-changing preaching, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Each service offers an opportunity to reflect on the journey behind us, celebrate the work God is doing among us today, and embrace the future He has already designed. From the first note of worship to the final prayer, every moment will remind us that the Architect of our faith is still building His kingdom and that, together, we are stronger, better, and more effective as we follow His blueprint for the days ahead.

No New Life celebration would be complete without a little friendly competition. On Saturday, the excitement moves from the sanctuary to the court. Throw on your favorite NLT gear, grab your pom poms, and prepare to cheer on your team as territories go head-to-head in an exciting basketball tournament. Beyond the games, the afternoon will be filled with prizes, concessions, and plenty of opportunities to connect with friends old and new. Whether you are competing, cheering from the stands, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Doors open at 12:30 p.m., and the Pep Rally begins at 1:00 p.m. Seating is limited, so be sure to arrive early. Best of all, admission is completely free.

During our anniversary celebration, these promises will be displayed throughout the church as a meaningful reminder of the incredible blueprint God has been unfolding for the past 34 years. Let’s celebrate not only everything He has done, but all the amazing things He’s still building!
After Friday night’s service, stick around for an elegant reception with a fresh meal and fellowship for everyone. All guests are invited to enjoy dinner.

HONORING OUR LEADERS

For more than three decades, New Life has been shaped by the faithful leadership, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of pastors who answered God’s call and poured their hearts into His people. In 1992, Bishop Daniel and Minister Cyvonne Davy stepped out in faith and laid the foundation for what would become a thriving church family. Through countless prayers, late nights, victories, and challenges, they faithfully carried the vision that God had placed before them.

Today, Pastor Rashidi and Minister Sharlene Collins continue that legacy, serving alongside them and helping lead the New Life family into a new generation of ministry. Together, these families have invested immeasurably in our church, our community, and each of us personally, leaving an impact that will be felt for years to come.
On Sunday night, September 13, during our anniversary celebration service, we will pause to honor these incredible leaders and their families with a special gift—a small expression of our deep gratitude for all they have given. We invite you to be part of this special moment by contributing to the Anniversary Pastoral Gifts Fund. Every gift, no matter the size, is an opportunity to say “thank you” and to celebrate the faithful men and women who have dedicated so much to building God’s kingdom.
