Room Usage Agreement

Ministry leaders are entrusted with the full oversight of the venue/event before, during, and after your scheduled event. This includes the following responsibilities to ensure excellence and readiness for the next use:

Opening and closing the venue promptly and securely.
Setting up and breaking down all materials, and equipment used for your ministry gathering. This includes prompt removal of décor and personal items.
Resetting the room to its original layout and condition.
Sweeping and mopping the floors, as needed, to maintain cleanliness.
Removing all trash and ensuring it is properly disposed of in the designated areas.
Your attention to these duties is greatly appreciated and helps maintain a welcoming and orderly environment for everyone.
